The fourth phase of Lok Sabha Elections 2019 has started today (April 29) morning and many leading celebs of B-town have stepped out to exercise their democratic rights. Rekha: According to a report in ANI, the veteran actress also stepped out early to cast her vote. She cast her vote at polling booth number 283 in Bandra.
