A-Train, initially introduced in a negative light when he accidentally killed Hughie's girlfriend, has been struggling with his moral compass, especially regarding his family. This season, he openly revolts against Homelander by exposing himself as the "leak" in Vought for The Boys and fighting Deep in the penultimate episode. This likely seals his fate, as Homelander does not take betrayal lightly. Just ask the previous Black Noir.

Victoria Neuman is more of an anti-hero than an outright villain like Homelander. She has done some bad things, but there is goodness within her, which even Hughie believes in.
