The incident occurred on the morning of Monday, August 26, at Ramdevria village of Barmer district. Cops said that the woman was left critically injured in the alleged assault.

She also stated that Annaram informed her brother about her condition and threatened to kill both of them. After physically assaulting the woman, the accused and his family members allegedly threw Heeradvi in front of her house in a semi-nude condition at Rateu village.
