New Delhi, December 13: The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB) on Thursday appointed Brijendra Pal Singh, current Vice Chairman of Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) Governing Council, as the new President of Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) Society and Chairman of Governing Council. In a resignation letter addressed to the MIB Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Kher said, "The decision has not come without considerable thought of the responsibilities expected of me vis-a-vis the time I have at my disposal to execute them.슬롯사이트�
Meanwhile, Singh will be the third person to be appointed as chairperson of FTII by Narendra Modi government. The Film and Television Institute of India is an autonomous institute under the MIB Ministry. The institute established in 1960 is India's premier film and television institute.
